A Personal Introduction
My name is Jerome L. Downey, I’m the founder of DMF Energy, Tradesman & Director. My work is focused on the Construction, Energy and Government Relations sectors. My core strength is leadership, my capacity and ability to take initiative and seize opportunities for growth and advancement. I have a high level of skill within business development, management, recruitment, sales, training, strategy and negotiations. This is in addition to my piping mechanical trade as a Steamfitter-Pipefitter. I’m a proud graduate of Mount Allison University where I completed a BA in Political Science and have completed technical training at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and Nova Scotia Community College IT Campus.
Over the last 15 years I’ve worked, learned and develop my skills from world-class organizations. DMF Energy bridges the gap of regionalism in Canada because it understands the unique challenges and opportunities each region presents. My goal and priority is to always deliver quality services and exceptional value to clients who decide to work with me. I’m Toronto,ON born, Halifax,NS raised and Grande Prairie, AB trained. I enjoy photography, architecture, sports, music and hiking in my leisure. I’m also a passionate volunteer and enjoy advancing issues of health, education, and financial literacy.
